NIRMAAN is a construction intelligence platform. It connects the documents, quantities, site records and billing workflows that a construction project already produces, and keeps them as one connected record instead of a dozen disconnected files.

The platform is built around how Indian construction actually works. A priced bill of quantities governs the project, rates are matched against a Schedule of Rates, measurement is recorded in a measurement book, and payment happens through running account bills. NIRMAAN models those artefacts directly rather than approximating them with generic project-management concepts.

NIRMAAN began in water infrastructure, supporting piped water supply schemes under programmes such as JJM and AMRUT, and has broadened into buildings, civil works and EPC delivery. Water remains a deep vertical within the platform rather than its limit.

NIRMAAN is early-stage software under active development. Where a capability is on the roadmap rather than shipped, this site says so.
