This policy covers the NIRMAAN marketing website. Information handled inside the NIRMAAN application is governed by the agreement with the customer organisation that holds the account.

What is collected

When a demo request is submitted, the name, work email, company, role, project type and message entered in the form are collected. Nothing else is collected through this form.

How it is used

Demo request details are used to respond to the enquiry and to arrange a demonstration. They are not sold, and are not shared with third parties other than the email provider used to deliver the message.

Retention and removal

Demo request details are retained while the enquiry is active. To have them removed, write to TODO_WORK_EMAIL.

TODO: have this policy reviewed against the final analytics and email providers before production launch. It describes the site as built today and must be updated when analytics is added.
